Membership Information – Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI)
It is mandatory to become a member of the Regional Association (SIHRA – For Establishments based in Southern India) before applying for membership of Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI). Membership Discount Cards are issued only to Hotel & Restaurant Members. FHRAI application forms having details on Entrance Fee, Subscription, Legal Fund and Listing Fee will be sent to members on request.
Documents Required for FHRAI Membership
- Demand Draft in favour of FHRAI payable at New Delhi towards Entrance Fee, Subscription, etc. as detailed in the application form.
- Listing particulars of your establishment in the enclosed proforma.
- A Photocopy of the current Municipal Corporation License of your establishment issued for Boarding & Lodging. If the License is issued in the local language, copy of a duly notarised English Translation to be enclosed.
- Printed Room Tariff Leaflet & Original Menu Card of the Restaurant in the Hotel – 2 nos.
- Copy of certificate of Star Classification of Hotel, if classified.
- Brochure and CD of the Hotel / Restaurant.
- Names of two nominees for issue of FHRAI Membership Discount Cards, with two stamp sized photographs with names on the reverse.
